Hi, I’m Jordan, Partner and COO at Elefante On-Demand Sales + Marketing.

I’m a born and raised Calgarian with a love for our great city. I completed my education at the University of Calgary with a BA in Psychology, a partial BComm and a Juris Doctor (LLB). I have been a non-practicing member of the Alberta Bar since completion of my articles in 2012.

My professional path has been rich and diverse. I kick-started my career as owner of a third-gen family business in the architecture and interior design industry. As the CEO, I was involved with all aspects of the business strategy and execution including leading distribution operations and territory sales across Western Canada, manufacturing, retail sales and inventory management.

After nearly a decade of exponential growth, I sold my business and shifted into several years of small businesses growth consulting and an in-industry senior leadership position focused on business development, sales operations, cross-pillar optimization, marketing and growth strategy.

I am recognized for my inclusive and thoughtful leadership style, strong communication skills and can-do attitude. I approach challenges as opportunities for innovation and out-of-the-box problem-solving. I am fueled by optimism and tackle everything I do with an entrepreneurial mindset. Armed with this mindset, I am grateful to put my breadth of experience into practice supporting both the team and clients of Elefante!
